Diskusijas ietvaros plānots aplūkot cik lielā mērā Latvijas augstākās izglītības un zinātnes institūcijas šobrīd izmanto atvērtās piekļuves sniegtās iespējas un apspriest zinātnisko publikāciju un datu atvērtās piekļuves potenciālo ietekmi uz Latvijas zinātnes konkurētspēju.
The aim of the workshop is to understand discuss the benefits and the impact of implementing open access and open science principles for HEIs and Research institutions and to draw the attention to the need of the development of national OA policy.
